Expansion of Service Tax (“ST”) to Financial Services (Coming Soon)

In line with the Malaysian Government’s Budget 2025 announcement, the scope of Service Tax is set to be expanded to include financial services. The effective date of this implementation will be announced by the Government at a later date.
