We now offer payment relief assistance packages to help our customers who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
You can now reduce your monthly financial commitment if you meet the following criteria:
For Individuals
- Who have suffered a loss of employment
- Experiencing reduced income
- Who work in a highly-impacted sector*
For Businesses
- That have reduced income
- Belong to a highly-impacted sector*
*Highly-impacted sector refers to tour operators, restaurants, aviation and hotels.

We have also expanded our Payment Relief Assistance (“PRA”) programme to provide customers in the B40 and M40 segments, as well as micro-SMEs with more options to help ease their financial commitment. This assistance is valid for the period between 1 December 2020 until 30 June 2021.
- Customers who are in the B40 segment and are eligible for Bantuan Sara Hidup/Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat, including micro-SMEs*, can opt for either a 3-month loan moratorium or 50% reduction in instalments for 6 months.
- Customers who are in the M40 segment and registered in the Bantuan Prihatin Nasional registry may opt for a 50% reduction in instalment for 6 months.

*Micro-SMEs as defined in the Guideline on SME Definition issued by SME Corporation Malaysia. This applies to businesses across all sectors with sales turnover of less than RM300,000 or have less than 5 full-time employees. Micro-SMEs that qualify must have a loan or financing of up to RM150,000 with the Bank.
