We encourage all our customers who need help with their monthly payments to take up our Payment Relief Assistance (“PRA”) package.

In addition to the PRA package options below, we also offer customised Payment Relief Assistance packages to help alleviate your financial commitments.

For Individuals

Segment Payment Relief Options
1. Customers who have lost their job
  • Option A: 3-month loan/financing moratorium
  • Option B: 50% reduction in monthly instalment for 6 months
2. Customers in the B40 segment and eligible for Bantuan Sara Hidup/Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat
3. Customers who are experiencing reduced income Reduction in monthly instalment in accordance with reduced income.

For Businesses

Segment Payment Relief Options
1. Micro-SMEs1 as defined in the Guideline on SME Definition by SME Corporation Malaysia
  • Option A: 3-month loan/financing moratorium
  • Option B: 50% reduction in monthly instalment for 6 months
2. Micro-SMEs and SMEs that are not allowed to operate during the movement control order (locked-down sectors2)

1 Micro-SMEs as defined in the Guideline on SME Definition issued by SME Corporation Malaysia. This applies to businesses across all sectors with sales turnover of less than RM300,000 or have less than 5 full-time employees. Micro-SMEs that qualify must have a loan or financing of up to RM150,000 with the Bank.
2 SME segments that are not allowed to operate during the movement control order as listed by the National Security Council (Majlis Keselamatan Negara).
