Eligibility to apply for Debt Management Programme
- Individual or sole proprietor who have loan/financing with the bank
- Has a positive net disposable income.
- Has not been declared bankrupt.
- Is not in an advanced stage of litigation with banks.
- Has debt not more than RM5 million.
