How To Apply

To apply for bank’s restructuring & rescheduling options, please fill in the relevant information below. Please take note that all fields must be completed (including the account number/s) to ensure a smooth application process.

You will be contacted within seven (7) working days upon submission.

Required Documentation

Salaried Earner

At least one of the following document(s), (whichever is applicable) is required for application:

  • Latest 3 months Salary Slips/ Payment Vouchers; or
  • Latest EPF Statement with the breakdown of the EPF monthly contribution for the year ; or
  • Latest Income Tax Form which shows your annual taxable income
Self-Employed

At least one of the following document(s), (whichever is applicable) is required to for application:

  • Latest 6 months Bank Statement; and
  • Latest 2 years Audit Report; or
  • Latest 2 years Management Account Report; and
  • Latest Company Registration
