Notice of Change to Monthly Portfolio Statement Delivery Method

Dear Valued Customers,

Currently, we provide you with a Monthly Portfolio Statement in either hardcopy or electronic format (email and/or online access), which consolidates customers’ trading activities, investment holdings, collateral position (if any), outstanding balances, and related account movements.

As part of the Bank’s ongoing digitalisation initiative, please be informed that we will implement a phased discontinuation of hardcopy portfolio statements for margin and non-margin customers. Customers who are affected will be notified via email or SMS prior to the change of statement delivery method. Effective 31 July 2026, portfolio statements for July 2026 and subsequent months will be delivered electronically based on the following:
 

1. If you have a registered email address with our Bank, we will discontinue your hardcopy portfolio statement and replace it with an email statement. You will continue to receive and view your monthly portfolio statement via email.
    
2. If you have access to our Bank’s online share trading platform (WebECOS) or External Margin Portal (EMP), we will discontinue your hardcopy portfolio statement and replace it with an online statement. You will continue to receive and view your monthly portfolio statement via WebECOS or EMP.
    
3. If you have both of the above (a registered email address & access to WebECOS or EMP), we will discontinue your hardcopy portfolio statement and replace it with an online statement. You will continue to receive and view your monthly portfolio statement via the Bank’s Online WebECOS or EMP.

For any arrangements regarding hardcopy delivery of your Monthly Portfolio Statement, please contact your designated Share Trading Centre (STC) within 21 days from the date of this notice.
