Effective 3 March 2025, proper stamp duty payable to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) for cheque and cashier’s order will be revised as below in line with Finance Bill passed in December 2024.

The current stamp duty and service charges are available on our website.
Please be informed that there is no exemption for stamp duty as it is payable to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN).
