We wish to inform you that the Alliance Bank Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) has been updated. The following clause has been revised, and the updated Agreement shall be effective from 25th March 2025.

In the case where Contactless Transactions have exceeded the threshold of RM250 for each Contactless Transaction, the Cardholder is required to sign on a transaction Sales Draft generated from the POS Terminal or by entering a PIN on the POS Terminal. | Each Contactless Transaction without PIN is capped at RM250 or such other amount which the Bank may advise from time to time. In the case where Contactless Transactions have exceeded the threshold of RM250 for each Contactless Transaction, the Cardholder is required to sign on a transaction Sales Draft generated from the POS Terminal or by entering a PIN on the POS Terminal. Notwithstanding the above, the signature or PIN verification will not be applicable for Contactless Transactions made via Google Pay. For Contactless Transactions made via Google Pay, the Cardholder is required to unlock the Android device prior to completing the transactions. |
Other terms remain unchanged. You may refer to the revised Alliance Bank Credit Cardholder Agreement which will take effect on 25th March 2025.
