Discontinuation of Alliance Cash2Home App and Remittance Services For Selected Currencies via allianceonline (AOP)

Dear Valued Customers,

Kindly be informed that the following services will be discontinued effective 30 June 2025.

  1. Alliance Cash2Home App
    • On-site account opening
    • Remittance services
    • Prepaid reload services

  2. Selected Currencies from Remittance Services via allianceonline portal (AOP):
    No Country Currency
    1 Bangladesh BDT
    2 Sri Lanka LKR
    3 Indonesia IDR
    4 Philippines PHP
    5 Nepal NPR
    6 India INR
    7 Vietnam VND
    8 Myanmar MMK
    9 Pakistan PKR
    10 Thailand THB

Alternatively, for prepaid reload service, customers may register for allianceonline mobile (AOM) by using the passport.

    • Pembukaan akaun
    • Perkhidmatan kiriman wang
    • Perkhidmatan tambah nilai prabayar

  2. Perkhidmatan kiriman wang melalui allianceonline portal (AOP) dengan mata wang asing yang disenaraikan bawah:
    No Negara Mata Wang
    1 Bangladesh BDT
    2 Sri Lanka LKR
    3 Indonesia IDR
    4 Philippines PHP
    5 Nepal NPR
    6 India INR
    7 Vietnam VND
    8 Myanmar MMK
    9 Pakistan PKR
    10 Thailand THB

Sebagai alternatif, untuk perkhidmatan tambah nilai prabayar, pelanggan boleh mendaftar allianceonline mobile (AOM) menggunakan pasport untuk terus melakukan perkhidmatan tambah nilai prabayar.
