In line with the government's various initiatives to support the development of SMEs in the country, Alliance Bank also provides several government assistance schemes to SMEs.

BNM's Fund for SMEs

The BNM's Fund for SMEs is part of the Government’s continuous effort to ensure that the eligible Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) will have access to financing at reasonable cost. Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad (CGC) and Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan Berhad (SJPP) offer guarantee to improve access to financing, especially for SMEs whom lack of collateral. Application under BNM fund is eligible for affordable pricing according to the respective scheme. Terms & Conditions for BNM's Fund for SMEs and Guarantee Scheme, if there is any, shall applies.

Eligibility Criteria

Business registered in Malaysia
Business owned and controlled by Malaysian with at least 51% shareholding
Business must be SME as defined by National Entrepreneur and SME Development Council (NESDC)
