WHO CAN APPLY?
  • Principal Cardholders, aged 21 and older.
  • The minimum annual income required is RM48,000 per annum.
  • Exclusive for Alliance Privilege or Alliance Personal customers with Asset Under Management of RM300,000 and above.
  REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION Salaried Earners
MNC/PLC/GLC
  • A copy of your NRIC (both sides) or a copy of your valid passport, AND
  • Your EPF record showing a minimum of the latest 13 months' record printed from your handheld or i-Akaun OR
  • Your latest 1-month payslip
Salaried Earners
Non MNC/PLC/GLC
  • A copy of your NRIC (both sides) or a copy of your valid passport, AND
  • Your EPF record showing a minimum of the latest 13 months’ record printed from your handheld or i-Akaun OR
  • Your latest 3 months’ payslip & 3 months’ bank statements
Self Employed
  • Your Business Registration Certificate/Trading License/Form 9, Form 24, Form 49 AND
  • Your latest 6 months' bank statements on hand, OR
  • Your latest 1 Year Borang B and Tax receipt/e-Ledger to provide.
