BUSINESS CLASS FLIGHT FROM RM1,399 WITH TRIP.COM

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion is applicable to payments using Alliance Bank Visa Infinite Credit Cards only.
2. The usage of the Alliance Bank Credit Card is subject to the terms and conditions governing the Alliance Bank Credit Cards.
3. The Promotion is valid for Business Class fares only, on selected destinations and selected airlines as listed on the Campaign Page.
4. A “One Price” fare applies exclusively to Business Class fares on the selected destinations. It does not apply to other seat classes or fare types.
5. Promotion is valid for the selected airlines listed on the campaign page only.
6. Flight discounts apply to the base fare before taxes, fees, and surcharges.
7. Offer is limited in quantity and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited redemption, fares may be sold out on certain dates. In such cases, users are advised to select alternative dates.
8. The Promotion is capped at one (1) redemption per user per route, per month, and is also capped monthly across all routes.
9. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions that require a promo code and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins.
10. Transactions must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (“MYR”). Payments in other currencies are not eligible.
11. Airline and route options may be updated from time to time during the campaign period.
12. Offer is limited, and certain flights may be excluded from the Promotion.
13. Airline baggage, cancellation, change, refund and endorsement policies apply and may differ by airline. Users must review and confirm the airline’s terms and policies prior to booking.
14. If a user cancels, refunds, or changes a booking made under this Promotion, the Promotion will no longer be valid for that booking. Users may make a new booking within the campaign period, subject to the availability of the Promotion budget.
15. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
16. Offer is applicable to both new and existing Trip.com users. For new users, users will have to sign up for an account to be eligible. For existing users - users must log in to their account.
17. Individual airlines may have different cancellation policies. Users must read the cancellation policies for the selected flight or airline before booking.
18. If users change a booking (cancel, refund, and/or change), that promotion will no longer be valid for the users. If cardholders wish to book for the Promotion again, please cancel the booking and make the booking within the campaign period. However, it is subject to the availability of promotion budget during that period.
19. The Bank shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the Customer, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the services provided, except where such losses, damages, costs, or expenses result directly from the Bank’s own act, omission, or negligence.
