- A copy of your NRIC (both sides) or a copy of your valid passport, AND
- Your EPF record showing a minimum of the latest 13 months' record printed from your handheld or i-Akaun OR
- Your latest 1-month payslip
Salaried Earners
Non MNC/PLC/GLC
- A copy of your NRIC (both sides) or a copy of your valid passport, AND
- ● Your EPF record showing a minimum of the latest 13 months' record printed from your handheld or i-Akaun OR
- Your latest 3 months’ payslip & 3 months' bank statements
Self Employed
- Your Business Registration Certificate/Trading License/Form 9, Form 24, Form 49 AND
- Your latest 6 months' bank statements on hand, OR
- Your latest 1 Year Borang B and Tax receipt/e-Ledger to provide.
