Revision of Wealth Product Holding Campaign Terms and Conditions

Announcement

Dear Valued Customers,

We wish to inform you that the Terms and Conditions of the Wealth Product Holding Campaign will be revised to reflect the change in the Participating Wealth Products with effect from 15 August 2025.

Clause 5 and 9 of the Campaign Terms and Conditions will be revised as stated below:

Clause 5
Eligible Customers are entitled to up to a maximum of RM750 in cash rewards as stipulated in Table 1 below (“Cash Reward”) when the Eligible Customers meet the respective Participating Wealth Products Requirements listed in Table 2 below during the Campaign Period.

1 Unit Trust
  • Eligible Customers must be New-to-Unit Trust customers i.e. new and existing customers who do not have an existing Unit Trust account/profile/record in our banking system as of 31 March 2025.
  • Invested a minimum of RM10,000 in a single transaction of selected Unit Trust fund with 3.00% sales charge and above.
  • Unit Trust to be recognised based on transaction allocation date.
  • For Unit Trust in foreign currency, the Unit Trust Account will be based on the local currency equivalent.
  • Eligible Customers must be the primary accountholder for the Unit Trust Account. For Eligible Customers who hold accounts jointly with other parties, all such accounts shall be considered as one single account only, based on the name of the primary account holder.
  • In the event the investment in Unit Trust is using withdrawals from the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and/or exercise cooling-off within the cooling-off period, the Eligible Customers will not be entitled for the Cash Reward.
2 Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk
  • Eligible Customers must be New-to-Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk customers i.e. new and existing customers who do not have an existing Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk account/ profile/record in our banking system as of 31 March 2025.
  • Eligible Customers must be New-to-Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk customers i.e. new and existing customers who do not have an existing Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk account/ profile/record in our banking system as of 31 March 2025.
  • Invested a minimum of RM250,000 for Ringgit Denominated Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk (“RM Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk”) and RM150,000 or its equivalent in Foreign Currency Denominated Retail Securities (“FCY Retail Securities”) (*the minimum amount for FCY Retail Securities depends on the respective Retail Securities issuance) in single transactions of selected Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk with 1.50% sales margin/spread and above.
  • Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk to be recognised based on transaction allocation date.
  • For Retail Securities in foreign currency, the Retail Securities Account will be based on the local currency equivalent.
  • Eligible Customers must be a primary account holder for the Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk Account. For Eligible Customers who hold accounts jointly with other parties, all such accounts shall be considered as one single account only, based on the name of the primary account holder.
3 Structured Investment
  • Eligible Customers must be New-to-Structured Investment customers i.e. new and existing customers who do not have an existing Structured Investment account/ profile/record in our banking system as of 31 March 2025.
  • Invested a minimum of RM50,000 in a single transaction of selected Structured Investment with 1.20% sales margin and above.
  • Structured Investment to be recognised based on transaction allocation date.
  • Eligible Customers must be the primary accountholder for the Structured Investment Account. For Eligible Customers who hold accounts jointly with other parties, all such accounts shall be considered as one single account only, based on the name of the primary account holder.
4 Bancassurance Regular Premium/ Bancatakaful Regular Contribution
  • Eligible Customers must be New-to-Bancassurance Regular Premium/Bancatakaful Regular Contribution customers i.e. new and existing customers who do not have an existing Bancassurance Regular Premium/Bancatakaful Regular Contribution with the Bank as of 31 March 2025.
  • New Bancassurance Regular Premium/Bancatakaful Regular Contribution application with a minimum accumulated annualised premium/contribution of RM10,000 must be submitted to and received by Manulife Insurance Berhad or FWD Takaful Berhad within the Campaign Period and accepted and/or issued on or before 15 April 2026.
  • Bancassurance Regular Premium/Bancatakaful Regular Contribution to be recognised based on the policy/certificate issuance date.
  • Eligible Customers must be the policy/certificate holder of the Bancassurance Regular Premium/Bancatakaful Regular Contribution policy/certificate.
  • In the event the insurance/takaful applications or policies/certificates are declined, terminated, cancelled, cooled off or lapsed within the Campaign Period, the Eligible Customers will not be entitled for the Cash Reward.

 

Clause 9
The Cash Reward is based on a first-come, first-served basis according to Unit Trust, Retail Securities/Retail Sukuk, Structured Investment’s transaction allocation date and/or Bancassurance Regular Premium/Bancatakaful Regular Contribution issuance date. The Campaign will end when either the Bank has achieved the Cash Reward capping as shown in Table 1 or at the end of the Campaign Period, whichever comes first.

Semakan Terma dan Syarat Kempen Pegangan Produk Kekayaan


Pelanggan Yang Dihormati,

Kami ingin memaklumkan bahawa Terma & Syarat Kempen Pegangan Produk Kekayaan akan disemak semula untuk menggambarkan perubahan pada Produk Kekayaan Sertaan berkuatkuasa dari 15 Ogos 2025.

Klausa 5 dan 9 Terma dan Syarat Kempen akan disemak seperti berikut:

Klausa 5
Pelanggan Yang Layak berhak mendapat ganjaran tunai sehingga jumlah maksimum RM750 seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual 1 di bawah (“Ganjaran Tunai”) apabila Pelanggan Yang Layak memenuhi Syarat Produk Kekayaan Sertaan masing-masing yang disenaraikan dalam Jadual 2 di bawah semasa Tempoh Kempen.

Jadual 2

1 Unit Amanah
  • Pelanggan Yang Layak mesti merupakan pelanggan Unit Amanah Baharu iaitu pelanggan baharu dan sedia ada yang tidak mempunyai akaun/profil/ rekod Unit Amanah sedia ada dalam sistem perbankan kami pada 31 Mac 2025.
  • Melabur sekurang-kurangnya RM10,000 dalam transaksi tunggal dana Unit Amanah terpilih dengan caj jualan 3% dan ke atas.
  • Unit Amanah dikenal pasti berdasarkan tarikh peruntukan transaksi.
  • Bagi Unit Amanah dalam mata wang asing, Akaun Unit Amanah akan berasaskan nilai mata wang tempatan yang setara.
  • Pelanggan Yang Layak mesti merupakan pemegang akaun utama bagi Akaun Unit Amanah. Bagi Pelanggan Yang Layak yang memegang akaun secara bersama dengan pihak lain, semua akaun sedemikian akan dianggap sebagai satu akaun tunggal sahaja, berdasarkan nama pemegang akaun utama.
  • Sekiranya pelaburan dalam Unit Amanah menggunakan pengeluaran daripada Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) dan/atau melaksanakan hak tempoh bertenang dalam tempoh bertenang, Pelanggan Yang Layak tidak akan layak untuk Ganjaran Tunai.
2 Sekuriti Runcit/Sukuk Runcit
  • Pelanggan Yang Layak mesti merupakan pelanggan Sekuriti Runcit/Sukuk Runcit Baharu iaitu pelanggan baharu dan sedia ada yang tidak mempunyai akaun/profil/rekod Sekuriti Runcit/Sukuk Runcit sedia ada dalam sistem perbankan kami pada 31 Mac 2025.
  • Melabur sekurang-kurangnya RM250,000 bagi Sekuriti Runcit/Sukuk Runcit Denominasi Ringgit (“RM Sekuriti Runcit/Sukuk Runcit”) dan RM150,000 atau yang setara dengannya bagi Sekuriti Runcit Denominasi Mata Wang Asing (“FCY Sekuriti Runcit”) (* amaun minimum untuk FCY Sekuriti Runcit tertakluk kepada terbitan Sekuriti Runcit masing-masing) dalam transaksi tunggal Sekuriti Runcit/Sukuk Runcit terpilih dengan margin/sebaran jualan 1.50% dan ke atas.
  • Sekuriti Runcit/Sukuk Runcit dikenal pasti berdasarkan tarikh peruntukan transaksi.
  • Bagi Sekuriti Runcit dalam mata wang asing, Akaun Sekuriti Runcit akan berasaskan nilai mata wang tempatan yang setara.
  • Pelanggan Yang Layak mesti merupakan pemegang akaun utama bagi Akaun Sekuriti Runcit/Sukuk Runcit. Bagi Pelanggan Yang Layak yang memegang akaun secara bersama dengan pihak lain, semua akaun sedemikian akan dianggap sebagai satu akaun tunggal sahaja, berdasarkan nama pemegang akaun utama.
3 Pelaburan Berstruktur
  • Pelanggan Yang Layak mesti merupakan pelanggan Pelaburan Berstruktur Baharu iaitu pelanggan baharu dan sedia ada yang tidak mempunyai akaun/profil/rekod Pelaburan Berstruktur sedia ada dalam sistem perbankan kami pada 31 Mac 2025.
  • Melabur sekurang-kurangnya RM50,000 dalam transaksi tunggal Pelaburan Berstruktur terpilih dengan margin jualan 1.20% dan ke atas.
  • Pelaburan Berstruktur dikenal pasti berdasarkan tarikh peruntukan transaksi.
  • Pelanggan Yang Layak mesti merupakan pemegang akaun utama bagi Akaun Pelaburan Berstruktur. Bagi Pelanggan Yang Layak yang memegang akaun secara bersama dengan pihak lain, semua akaun sedemikian akan dianggap sebagai satu akaun tunggal sahaja, berdasarkan nama pemegang akaun utama.
4 Bankasurans Premium Berkala/Bancatakaful Caruman Berkala
  • Pelanggan Yang Layak mesti merupakan pelanggan Bankasurans Premium Berkala/Bancatakaful Caruman Berkala Baharu iaitu pelanggan baharu dan sedia ada yang tidak mempunyai akaun/profil/rekod Bankasurans Premium Berkala/Bancatakaful Caruman Berkala sedia ada dalam sistem perbankan kami pada 31 Mac 2025.
  • Permohonan Bankasurans Premium Berkala/Bancatakaful Caruman Berkala baharu dengan premium/caruman tahunan sekurang-kurangnya RM10,000 mesti diserahkan kepada dan diterima oleh Manulife Insurance Berhad atau FWD Takaful Berhad dalam Tempoh Kempen dan diterbitkan dan/atau dikeluarkan pada atau sebelum 15 April 2026.
  • Bankasurans Premium Berkala/Bancatakaful Caruman Berkala dikenal pasti berdasarkan tarikh terbitan polisi/sijil.
  • Pelanggan Yang Layak mesti merupakan pemegang polisi/sijil Bankasurans Premium Berkala/Bancatakaful Caruman Berkala.
  • Sekiranya permohonan atau polisi/sijil insurans/takaful ditolak, ditamatkan, dibatalkan, berada dalam tempoh bertenang atau luput dalam Tempoh Kempen, Pelanggan Yang Layak tidak akan layak untuk Ganjaran Tunai.

 

Klausa 9
Ganjaran Tunai adalah atas dasar tiba dahulu layan dahulu, mengikut tarikh peruntukan transaksi Unit Amanah, Sekuriti Runcit/Sukuk Runcit, Pelaburan Berstruktur dan/atau tarikh terbitan Bankasurans Premium Berkala/Bancatakaful Caruman Berkala. Kempen akan tamat apabila Bank telah mencapai had Ganjaran Tunai seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam Jadual 1 atau pada penghujung Tempoh Kempen, yang mana dahulu
