WHO CAN APPLY?

• Principal Cardholders must be at least 21 years old and above.
• The minimum income requirement is RM24,000 per annum.
• Salaried Earners
  MNC/PLC/GLC
  • A copy of your NRIC (both sides) or a copy of your valid passport, AND
  • Your EPF record must include at least the last 13 months of record printed from handheld or i-Akaun OR
  • Your latest 1-month payslip.
• Salaried Earners
  Non MNC/PLC/GLC
  • A copy of your NRIC (both sides) or a copy of your valid passport, AND
  • Your EPF record must include at least 13 monthsof record printed from handheld or i-Akaun OR
  • Your latest 3 months’ payslip & 3 months' bank statements.
• Self Employed
  • Your Business Registration Certificate/Trading License/Form 9, Form 24, Form 49 AND
  • Your latest 6 months' bank statements, OR
  • Your latest 1 Year Borang B and Tax receipt/e-Ledger to provide.
