Alliance Bank e-Invoice Go-Live

Dear Valued Customer,

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad and its subsidiaries (“Alliance Bank”) are pleased to announce our transition to e-Invoicing, beginning 1st April 2025 in phases. This initiative, mandated by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (“LHDN”), is part of a nationwide effort to streamline tax processes.

What to expect:
  1. We will be transitioning to e-Invoices in phases. If you are registered with LHDN’s MyInvois Portal, you will receive notifications from LHDN following any successful e-Invoice submissions. To facilitate a seamless process, please ensure that your Tax Identification Number (“TIN”) and other personal details are up to date with the Bank.
  2. e-Invoices will be made available to you gradually starting in July 2025.
