By participating in this Competition, participants (and their legal guardians, where applicable) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions ("Competition T&Cs"). ABMB’s decisions on all matters are final and no correspondence/appeals will be entertained. All intellectual property rights, including copyright of submitted logo designs, shall belong to ABMB.

ABMB reserves the right to reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the designs without further consent or compensation. Participants and their legal guardian's consent to ABMB using names, photos, videos, and other information for current/future advertising and promotional purposes in regard to AEIOU Financial Literacy without compensation or further consent.
