ECO-PITCHING CHALLENGE ENTRY FORM

By participating in this Competition, participants (and their legal guardians, where applicable) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions ("Competition T&Cs"). All decisions made by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ("ABMB") in relation to the Competition are final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any comic or other materials submitted as part of the Competition shall vest in ABMB. ABMB reserves the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such materials for any purpose without further consent or compensation. Participants and their legal guardians consent to ABMB using the participants' names, photographs, videos, and other submitted information for current and future advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in connection with AEIOU Seeds for Life, without further consent or compensation.

By submitting this form, I confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and that no relevant details have been withheld that may affect this application. I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the AEIOU Eco-Pitch Challenge. I further declare that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named above, and I give my full consent for the child's participation in the Challenge, including the use of their name, photo, video, and other relevant information for current and future advertising and promotional purposes in regard to AEIOU Financial Literacy by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, without the need for further consent or compensation. I give my consent for my child/student to enter the Eco-Pitch Challenge.
