How the Promo Rate Works?

The highest tier you complete determines the Promo Rate you get. This rate will only be applied to the month(s) in which you successfully completed the challenge.

¹ Promo Rate is applicable for up to RM300,000 Net Incremental Monthly Average Balance (MAB).
Maintain a minimum MAB of RM500 in the Eligible Account for the relevant qualifying month(s).
If you do not complete the challenge or meet the MAB in any of the month, you will only earn the board rate of 0.75% p.a. for that month.

	2. REGISTER TO JOIN Register for KM TO RM Challenge HERE. (Enter your Basic Savings Account/-i number)
	3. DOWNLOAD BIIB APP Sync your running activity with a supported tracking app or submit it manually on BiiB.
	4. EARN Your Bonus Profit will be credited to your account within 8 weeks after the campaign period.

Can I join halfway during the Campaign?
- Yes, you can. However, you may miss out on the Promo Rate for the earlier months and may not qualify for the Grand Prize/Second Prize/Third Prize.
- Also, slots are limited to 1,200 only, so sign up early before they are all taken!

How is the Promo Rate determined?

The highest tier you complete determines the Promo Rate you get. This rate will only be applied to the month(s) where you successfully completed the challenge.

I completed the challenge, but why didn't I receive the Promo Rate?
- Promo Rate will only be credited to your account within 8 weeks after the campaign period.
- Please note that you must also maintain a minimum Monthly Average Balance (MAB) of RM500 to qualify for the Promo Rate. If this requirement is not met, you will only receive the prevailing board rate for that month.
What happens if I miss one month?
- You will only get Promo Rate for the month(s) in which you completed the challenge and met the minimum MAB requirement. Missing one month will not affect the other completed month(s).
How is my running distance tracked?
- You can either sync your running activity with a supported tracking app supported by BiiB (i.e. COROS, POLAR, Garmin and MapMyRun), or submit it manually through the BiiB website or app so that the system can verify it.
- The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any suspicious, inaccurate or non–genuine runs recorded in the system, as validated and determined by BiiB, to ensure fairness and recognition of genuine effort.
