- Payment must be made with an Alliance Bank Visa Credit Card only.
- The use of the Alliance Bank Credit Card is subject to the terms and conditions governing the Alliance Bank Credit Cards.
- The promotion is strictly valid for one (1) time purchase per cardholder.
- The promotion is applicable to participants aged 35–65 years old. Both individuals attending the health screening package must fall within this age range.
- Couples must be present together and complete the tests on the same day. Single or unmarried cardholders may attend alone or with a sibling or a parent aged 35-65 years old.
- Reservation is required at least 3 days in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted.
- For health screening package: a minimum stay of 2.5 hours is required to complete all tests for 2 persons. Test results will be provided within the timeframe communicated by Danai Medi-Wellness.
- For cryotherapy: a minimum stay of 1 hour is required to complete the session for 2 persons, as it includes a quick heart and health checks, the session in the CRYO chamber, and a doctor’s consultation after the session.
- Unless otherwise stated, the offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
