Payment Relief Assistance

Alliance Bank is committed to providing financial assistance to customers who are facing challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Financial Management and Resilience Programme (URUS) is a payment relief assistance programme for the B50 customer segment who:

  • Has an existing payment relief assistance package (e.g. Payment Relief Assistance, PEMERKASA Plus, PEMULIH, bank’s own rescheduling and restructuring, etc.) as of 30 September 2021
  • Has a gross household income of RM5,880 or less per month
  • Experienced either loss of employment or reduction of income of at least 50%
  • Has a performing loan/financing that is not in arrears exceeding 90 days as of the date of the URUS application

Under the URUS package, customers may opt for:
  • 3-month interest/profit waiver OR
  • 3-month interest/profit waiver and reduced instalments for up to 24 months
 

1 Customers with gross household income of RM5,880 or lower, based on the definition by the Department of Statistics of Malaysia (DOSM). Evidence of household income will be required for customers who are not registered recipients of Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH) or Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR).

 

How to Apply For URUS

Interested in applying for the Financial Management and Resilience Programme (URUS) payment relief assistance programme?

Please fill up the online form and submit it with the following supporting documents according to the type of application:

Applicant’s Income Documents (Mandatory)

  • EPF Statement (latest statement for 2021) OR
  • Recent letter of retrenchment/termination from employer

Loss of income of minimum:
  • 50%
  • 25%
Any ONE (1) of the following supporting documents:
  • Salary slip/payment voucher (latest month for 2021 and ANY ONE month between January and March 2020) OR
  • EPF Statement (Statement for 2020 and 2021) OR
  • Income tax submission for assessment years 2019 and 2020
Any ONE (1) of the following supporting documents:
  • Bank statement (3-month statement between January to March 2020 and Latest 3-month statement for 2021) OR
  • Income tax submission for assessment years 2019 and 2020

Please note that the Bank will verify your URUS application before submitting it to AKPK for further action. AKPK/Bank will inform you of the status of your application.
