When the Bank has agreed to allow a Fixed Deposit/Alliance FD Gold to be withdrawn by you without the submission of the physical Fixed Deposit/Alliance FDGold receipt or certificate to the Bank, the physical Fixed Deposit/Alliance FDGold receipt or certificate issued earlier by the Bank shall be deemed null and void thereafter and the continued retention of the physical Fixed Deposit/Alliance FDGold receipt or certificate does not grant any rights to you
