How to Apply For URUS
Interested in applying for the Financial Management and Resilience Programme (URUS) payment relief assistance programme?

Please fill up the online form and submit it with the following supporting documents according to the type of application:
 
Applicant’s Income Documents (Mandatory)

1 Loss of employment/ Cessation of Business Operations Any ONE (1) of the following supporting documents:
  • EPF Statement (latest statement for 2021) OR
  • Recent letter of retrenchment/termination from employer
Bank statement (recent 3-month statement)
2 Loss of income of minimum:
  • 50%
  • 25%
Any ONE (1) of the following supporting documents:
  • Salary slip/payment voucher (latest month for 2021 and any one month between January and March 2020) OR
  • EPF Statement (Statement for 2020 & 2021) OR
  • Income tax submission for assessment years 2019 and 2020
Any ONE (1) of the following supporting documents:
  • Bank statement (3-month statement between January and March 2020 and
  • Latest 3-month statement for 2021) OR
  • Income tax submission for assessment years 2019 and 2020

Please note the Bank will review your URUS application before forwarding it to AKPK for further action. AKPK or the Bank will contact you via email within 10 working days.

The Bank will contact you only on hire purchase loan/financing matters.

The application for URUS is open from 15 November 2021 until 31 January 2022. Please note that all loan/financing accounts under URUS will be identified as such in your Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS) credit report.
