The Young Executive Programme is designed to develop a team of young and dynamic graduates to build our pipeline of home-grown future leaders. The programme will provide you with comprehensive exposure in the selected sector, via a well-planned combination of orientation, structured training, job rotation and personalised coaching from our star managers.

Can You Make The Cut?
You graduated with an MBA and/or a Degree and are less than 30 years of age
Your academic track record is impressive. You have graduated or expect to graduate with a 2nd Class Upper Honours or CGPA 3.0 and above. Regardless of the field of study - Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics - we will be happy to talk to you.
You are driven, passionate and motivated with excellent people skills
You are highly active in co-curricular activities
You are a go-getter who believes in constantly pushing the limits to succeed
Some work experience is advantageous
