Lee brings with him a wealth of experience of more than 20 years, and prior to joining Alliance Bank, he was the Chief Financial Officer of a major global company where he had led the finance operations in the Greater China region. He previously held various leadership roles as financial controller, finance director, business director and regional controller covering the Asia Pacific region as well as experienced in balancing fiduciary and business partnering activities across various geographical locations.

Lee is also experienced with various financial reporting, accounting and business management practices in large global companies with an emphasis on the technology industry.

Lee started his career with two leading accounting firms and holds a CPA. He is a also a recognised member of the Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Malaysian Institute of Internal Auditors.
