Cheque eXpress Service and Teller Cheque Collection

Faster cheque deposit, credit card payments and loan repayments are available at our Cheque express Services machines and Teller Cheque Collection System (for bulk cheque deposits, credit card and loan repayments over the counter).

Both these machines are fully self-secured and able to print detailed receipt on the spot for the customer. As for the Cheque eXpress machine all you need to do is to key-in your account number and amount and insert the cheque into the machine. Initially, the Cheque eXpress Service will be available from 7am to 10pm daily but will be eventually extended to 24 hours.

To make credit card payments via the Cheque eXpress Service machine, please follow the following steps:

Step 1	:	Select the choice of language
Step 2	:	Select “Credit Card Payment” button
Step 3	:	Enter cheque amount and press “OK”
Step 4	:	Key in credit card number and press “OK”
Step 5	:	Press “YES” to accept the confirmation of credit card number and cardholder’s name and subsequently continue with Step 6, or Press “NO” to re-enter the credit card number and subsequently continue with Step 4
Step 6	:	Enter payment amount and press “OK”
Step 7	:	Press “YES” to pay for another credit card and subsequently continue with Step 4, or Press “NO” to end the transaction
Step 8	:	Press “YES” to modify either cheque amount or payment amount, or Press “NO” to cancel the transaction
Step 9	:	Insert cheque into the cheque slot of the Cheque eXpress Service machine
Step 10	:	Collect receipt from Cheque eXpress Service machine
