To enjoy our Phone Banking Service, all you need to do is register for a Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPin) by following these simple steps:-

Step 1:
Call our Contact Centre at 03-5516 9988

Step 2:
Request for TPin and follow instructions.

1. Select language of preference
2. Press 1 if you have a credit card, followed by pressing 4 for TPin Services
                                        or
   Press 2 for banking account services followed by pressing 3 for TPin Services
3. After selecting TPin Services, press 1 for TPin Request
4. Please hold. Your call will be routed to our customer service officer for TPin registration
